Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

In order to cover transaction, processing and other costs we operate a minimum order value of £3.00

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

If you add something to your shopping cart in error you can remove it prior to check out. You are encouraged to check the order before proceeding to check out to ensure that you have not ordered the same product twice.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All Digital Products are delievered to you as a downloadable product. Instructions on how to obtain your products are sent by email and remain avialbe to you for 36 hours after purchase.

Delivery Schedule
Digital products (downloadables) are made available to you immediately after payment of your purchases when an email will be sent to your detailing how to download your purchases.

Physical products ae normally despatched to you one day after payment. You should normally receive your purchases within 3 busness days. International orders should be received within 5 working days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders
All digital products (downloadables) are available for immediate delievery.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is not currently added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security Cardmaking Ideas does not see or store your payment information.

All transaction information is handled by Sagepay -- the UK and Ireland's leading payment gateway. Information you provide to Sagepay is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and is regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Returns Policy
In accordance wih the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 we do not make refunds or accept returns on digital downloads.

We will always look to resolve any problems and we may choose, at our discretion, to make a refund at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, where we feel that our level of service has not reached our acceptable standards.

Your rights to return physical goods goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
